Ginette is a wonderful professional with a huge amount of experience in the Florida real-estate market. I especially appreciated her insights and her ability to respond to many of my questions and doubts, regarding the process. She quickly found us a costomer and led us through successfully to the end. Thank you Ginette, I hope to work with you again in the near future!
Ginette is a very knowledgeable real estate broker, which made working with her very positive in every way. Ginette is a local who knows her stuff and will go the extra mile for you to make it all happen.
Ginette is a very capable realtor and was a pleasure to work with. She helped me sell my condo for a good price and in a seamless manner. I highly recommend her!
Ginette is an extremely professional realtor. She was actually the realtor for my landlord, but was knowledge, attentive, responsive, and helpful to me during the entire 2 years of my lease. The end of lease process was also very pleasant and fair. I loved working with her and recommend her without any restrictions.
Without Ms. Orozco I would never found the amazing house I did! She went above and beyond and stayed under budget the whole time! She got me the best property and It only took two days to find the place for me! She was extremely professional , never pushy and made sure I was taken care of. Will look forward to working with her again when I buy instead of rent in the future!!!
Ginette was amazing to work with when relocating from New York City to Miami. She went above and beyond at every juncture. She was very helpful in helping us find the perfect unit for our family, helping us coordinate the move, and dealing with the associations.
Ginette made my rental searching a breeze. She helped me through every bit of the way. She took time out of her busy schedule to ensure I was settled in and content with the transition. I could tell how passionate Ginette is with her clients by the way she thoroughly informed me about the listings, neighborhoods, and location. She was so personable and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. A lot of real estate agents just want to get the job done but she is there for you every step of the way. She answered all of my questions, helped with recommendations, and provided helpful tips. I’m so lucky she was my real estate agent and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for places to live.
For those of you who have purchased or sold a house and at the closing, wondered why the realtor walked off with such a large check for doing so little, I’d like to introduce Ginette Orozco, who earned her pay and then some. She recently represented us as a Buyer Agent and for starts, suggested we offer a price significantly below what was being asked but then when appraisals were undertaken on that accepted lower price, it turned out she was spot on with 3 appraisals being no more than a few thousand off from our purchase price. It then turned out the house had many problems- the major ones being termite infestation and mold. Ginette further negotiated a lower price from the seller and provided us with the best companies to undertake the remediation work and she oversaw their activity all during the inspection period. She then had to provide access to the building at least 3 times for appraisals and alerted us that the house needed to be attached to the City sewer system- again, work she oversaw and negotiated that the closing would not occur until that sewer line work was completed. Finally, Ginette was more than helpful at closing to ensure we secured beach access rights with the house. All exemplary efforts by a broker and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
Experienced and responsive professional. A pleasure to deal with her. Very knowlegeable of Key Biscayne FL where she has resided for many years. Has showed us many properties until we found what we purchased.
Hard to find a person that combines so effectively the management of relationships and the optaning of great results, with such poise and kindness. She was of great help to find and buy a new apt also she has also been in charge of renting another place we own. For sure you will have results guarantee, she knows her job!
